We’ve got downgrade rights to both Windows and Office, but I cannot install Microsoft Home and Office because I don’t have the media since the recovery disks are just for Windows 7.

I’ve also go an MSDN subscription but it’s not in there either. I’ve tried to use the Microsoft Office Professional MSDN ISO but obviously that’s not going to work I’d hoped the disk would work out the install from our existing key which came with the desktop in the paperwork.
